Valentin Efremov

I started my professional career as an engineer at the scientific and production association of the machine-building industry. In the early 2000s I became the head of financial and economic services in large multidisciplinary holding companies.

In 2003 I created an audit and consulting group of Companies providing a full range of business services in accounting, economics, finance, management and personnel consulting, development and implementation of information systems of OLTP, BI, ERP and others classes, including practical implementation experience (1C, SAP R3, Oracle e-Business Suite). Under my leadership various projects have been completed in more than 60 Companies in different industries (aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding / ship repair (including the construction of the largest shipyard), electrical energy, instrument engineering, automotive, house-building, information, etc.) and performed services in auditing, accounting, valuation, economic law, HR management for Russian/foreign jurisdictions.

Until 2025, I was one of the leaders of the leading Russian Company, part of ROSTEC Group of Companies (with more than 12,000 employees), which implements a full life cycle (development, production, warranty and service) of advanced high-tech products.

With my direct participation and management, a system of technical operation and a system of maintenance (including after-sales service) of the entire range of final products was created. With my direct participation, a digital supercomputer twin of one of the main devices of the product was developed, virtual computer tests were conducted, and the digital model was integrated into the product development and maintenance cycle. In terms of intellectual property rights, with my direct participation and leadership, the IPRMS information system (Intellectual Property Results Management System as a Knowledge Management subsystem) was created and put into commercial operation, contributing to the reliable determination of intellectual property rights owned by the Russian Federation, Company and other copyright holders. Other tasks related to financial management, accounting and tax accounting of the Company were also successfully completed.
